Mr. Youling Chen is a visionary entrepreneur and seasoned industrial leader, with over three decades of experience across the construction, hardware manufacturing, electroplating, and renewable energy sectors. Since founding Zhongshan Royal Hardware in 1998, he has been instrumental in transforming the company into a multi-sector industrial group with a national and international footprint.
Driven by a deep sense of diligence, integrity, and innovation, Mr. Chen entered the construction industry in 1986. Under his leadership, Royal Hardware rapidly became a trusted supplier for top-tier real estate developers such as Country Garden, Agile Group, R&F Properties, and China Overseas. In 2008, he spearheaded the development of Royal Industrial Park, significantly expanding production capacity and modernizing operations with internationally certified systems and technologies.
Beyond hardware, Mr. Chen has founded and consolidated a number of companies in the fields of electroplating, property services, and chemical materials, forming the "Royal Industrial Platform" in 2022 to promote integrated growth and operational synergy.
In 2021, he co-founded Guangdong Royal New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on solar energy development and comprehensive energy services. The company has since signed over 190 projects, totaling 115 MW in capacity, marking Royal’s strategic expansion into the green energy sector.

Ms. Queena Liao is the General Manager of Zhongshan Royalwand Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhongshan Royalwand Energy Storage Co., Ltd., subsidiaries of Royalwand Group. She leads both companies with a forward-thinking vision, focusing on technological innovation, operational excellence, and green energy transformation.
With over 25 years of experience in smart manufacturing and strategic management, Ms. Liao has been instrumental in driving Royalwand’s expansion into high-value technology sectors including smart security systems, intelligent hardware, and energy storage solutions. Her leadership bridges traditional industry expertise with the future of digital energy.
Ms. Liao is known for her exceptional organizational leadership, market insight, and ability to execute complex projects across departments and disciplines. Under her management, Royalwand Technology has achieved significant advancements in product R&D and system integration, while Royalwand Energy Storage has rapidly grown into a key player in the new energy infrastructure ecosystem.
