7¡¢Product Price and Settlement: supply at factory price. Goods will be delivered after money reaches our bank account.

Remarks: Agents, whose sales amount is over RMB5, 000,000.00 can not only get commission, but also other premium from us. (Product with special price will be considered as a part of stock. It is not included in commission.)

Join-in Condition for Agents
¡¤With strong realization of enterprise, responsibility and good personal business credit standing; identifying with the operation idea of Royalwand; willing to long-term cooperation; be not in pursuit of short-term benefit unilaterally
¡¤With all normal licenses for business operation, such as shop license, tax registration license, corporate qualification
¡¤Setting up adequate image shops, and franchised stores; seriously decorate the Royalwand-image shops according to the VI brochure made by Royalwand Company; image shop area can not be less than 50 square meters in provincial capitals and important cities; franchised store area should be at least 20 square meters in other cities
¡¤Accepting and willing to carry out all marketing management policies, service regulation, settlement policies, and advertising promotion cases made by Royalwand
¡¤With strong abilities for website construction, management, and marketing promotion; high service consciousness and ability; able to operate 5 franchised stores independently in provincial capitals or 2 to 3 stores in other cities
¡¤Able to guarantee the accomplishment of appointed sales duty and other marketing targets (like the market occupancy rate and distribution website construction goals, etc.); keeping the power of brand, durative stable increase in market occupancy rate

3.Necessary funds for normal operation and 50 to 100M2 shop area for operation

5.Necessary funds for normal operation of join-in store (franchised zone and cabinet), and at least 30M2 area for brand franchised zone
